I always LOVE looking at your photo gallery :)  It really is just so amazing to see - and feel - the loving nature of the breed just from the photos!   They truly are the most lovable, giant animals I have ever come across :)

And what amazes me more is that several of the photos that are shown of Tessa in the house photos are EXACTLY like Bessie - I swear have have photos that match her mother at 2 years old, you honestly can't tell the difference between them!  Same pose, same face...  Its really is unbelievable!

Bessie is still the most gentle dog I have ever seen...  If you lie on the floor, she will crouch & snuggle right up next to next - and flop those giant paws over your arms for a hug :)  And still a leaner - she loves nothing more than to press herself up against ANY one who she can get to pet her LOL!  Still a bit rambunctious LOL, but the most lovable dog ever :)

Greetings from Bessie!

Bessie had her first grooming this week!  Looking dapper and smelling fresh, big Bessie is weighing in these days at an ever-so-dainty 100 lbs.

There's a lot to Love :-)

Hi Sandy,

We just wanted to send a quick note and thank you so very much - Bessie is SUCH a darling :-)  She is just the sweetest thing; She has adjusted VERY well.  She wakes me up frequently, but on queue to go outside to do her business.  She even barks to alert us that she is in need to go during the day as well - just wonderful!  Her and Petey get along well; the initial introduction was interesting as our little Dachshund is just a crabby little thing but by the next morning they were mingling perfectly together, and even walk well on leash together.
