Just wanted to say hi and share some pictures.  Kingsley is almost 9 months and weighing in at 130lbs.  He is such an amazing dog.  He was so easily trained and hasn't been in a crate since he was 4 months old!  He is a mush and loves everyone he meets!

He loves the car and going for walks after dinner even though he won't go very far.  I'm starting to believe he doesn't want to go too far from the house, from his people!  People stop us everywhere we go and can't believe he is still a puppy!  We all just love him!

Enjoy the pics and we will check back on his first bday. (oh, and everyone loved his Halloween costume!)

Hi Sandy,

Just thought I would give you an update on Kingsley.  The pictures were taken at 3 months, weighing in at 45lbs!  I swear this pup grows overnight, getting taller every day.  He just started his Kindergarten class this past Saturday and did fantastic.  Housebreaking was a breeze with him, just 2 accidents and they were from being over excited.  His play biting has improved tremendously, at least we can now lay on the floor with him without being chewed on with those razor sharp teeth.  We go for walks every night to practice his leash training, which I feel he does incredibly well since I started right away with him.

What I find funny with him is, he is so gentle with my Mom (who is 73).  She takes care of him while I’m at work every day.  He “waits” for her to go down the stairs first, then waits on the front steps for her to go down and never pulls on the leash.  It’s like he instinctively knows she is older and needs to be more careful.  He sits and lays down on command and just working on his “Come” which he can be a little stubborn.  He tries so hard to play with the cats, but the cats have no interest still.  He has met all the dogs on the block and has done very well with them (not afraid nor aggressive).  He loves the car especially when we go to pick up my daughter from Volleyball practice.  He scopes through the crowd of kids and when he sees her, boy does he get excited!!  (It’s funny how he can pick her out of the crowd before I can).

Anyway, I will check in soon with more pictures.  We just love our Sir Kingsley.
